She's so extremely helpful! The ebook had information I hadn't known about before in my effort to learn more about formulations. I won't be able to take the cosmetic chemist course in my country until I graduate from my current program next year and she's been nice enough to explain and go over things for me and answer my questions in ways that make sense and show how knowledgable she is! And she responds really quickly, shows how much she wants her costumers to learn as well. A great woman! Would definitely recommend this book
